McMahons Point Real Estate is committed to helping our clients maximize the long term return on their investment properties. We treat their properties as if they were our own and take pride in minimizing the input required by our owners. Naturally we are always willing to discuss their concerns and to help with providing advice whenever a decision regarding their property is required.
While we always know it is our owners who give us the opportunity to manage their properties we also take pride in our relationships with tenants. We know that it is the tenant that “pays the rent” and needs to be happy and content in their premises to provide a good long term return to our owners with minimal turnover. Some tenants have been with us for many years through a variety of properties and we know that we can rely on them to look after our owner�s properties.
We take care in choosing tenants as we know that this is critical in effective property management.
McMahons Point Real Estate is also highly experienced in the management of furnished properties, given its origins in the Serviced Apartment* business. Furnished properties are leased to companies and individuals and meet the need for medium term accommodation for people relocating from overseas and inter-State. We are happy to help you determine if your property is suitable as a furnished rental.

* Please note Serviced Apartments are only permitted in buildings with appropriate Development Approval. Without the DA, furnished properties should only be leased for a minimum of three months.
